Paul Gilroy, one of the foremost theorists of race and racism, has very generously donated several hundred books from his university office library, for which we are very grateful.
As with all our booksales we try to keep prices as low as possible with nothing over £5. Lots of as-new copies of books, academic and trade, across a range of related topics. Approximately 500 books will be available on a first-come first-served basis. The sale will last approximately two weeks.
Paul Gilroy is the author of foundational and highly influential books such as There Ain’t No Black in the Union Jack (1987), The Black Atlantic: Modernity and Double Consciousness (1993), Against Race (2000), Postcolonial Melancholia (2005) and Darker Than Blue (2010) alongside numerous key articles, essays and critical interventions.
